The workshop trains participants to take a more global and comprehensive view of investment opportunities, taking into account the diversity of views and interests within companies, in order to gain high-level support.
The aim of the Workshop is not to discuss the importance of energy savings, but the need to consider other factors when assessing investment opportunities, so that proposals are more likely to be approved by senior management.
The workshop is aimed in particular at energy auditors and energy managers in companies wishing to acquire skills in non-energy benefits, but also, more widely, to any professional in the energy transition and decarbonization.
The workshop is given in groups of 6 to 15 people. It takes place – physically or virtually – over one, or 1.5, days.
